Join us for an exciting evening celebrating 10 years of Raw Voices! Raw Voices is a monthly spoken word, comedy and music show that happens every last Friday of the month. This showcase will include feature performances from a local poet, comedian, and musician.
This anniversary edition of Raw Voices will include special messages frpm community speakers, food & drink, and a raffle!
- Drop-ins are welcome, but registration is encouraged
- Admission by Donation: $5 - $15
- Ages 16+ recommended.
- Free Ear Plugs available & quiet art rooms available!

Alcove Centre for the Arts (alcoveartscentre.ca) is a non-profit organization based in Calgary, AB which aims to make art more accessible and promote a vibrant local arts industry. We curate and cultivate community art spaces for Calgarians to engage in art and creativity while building a platform for emerging local artists.
Alcove is a Recreational Art Space open to the public providing free art supplies and instruments to stimulate creativity. The space also acts as a gathering place for workshops, community events, and social meetups. Come visit and get creative!
