The Art of Italian Pasta: The Ravioli ClassJoin us for an intimate, hands-on culinary experience where you’ll learn the timeless art of crafting authentic filled pasta. Using my family’s traditional recipe and imported Tipo “00” flour from Italy, you will master the delicate balance of creating the perfect silk-smooth dough.
The Experience
This isn't just a demonstration—it’s a full sensory journey. You will work at your own dedicated pasta station, learning to knead, roll, and fill your pasta. We will cover the secrets to a ricotta filling and the technique for sealing ravioli to ensure they are as beautiful as they are delicious. Best of all, you’ll take your fresh, handmade ravioli home to enjoy!
We start with an Authentic Three-Course Dinner, prepared for you:
Antipasto: Fresh seasonal salad with local artisan bread.
Il Primo: Cheese Ravioli in my signature homemade tomato basil sauce.
Dolce: A classic sweet finish to end the evening.
Essential Details
Timing: Doors open at 5:00 PM; Class starts promptly at 5:30 PM.
BYOB: You are welcome to bring your favorite wine or beverage to enjoy with dinner.
Gratuity: Please note that gratuity is not included in the class price and is greatly appreciated for our service team.

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, as we’ve already prepared for the event.
If an event is cancelled by us, we’ll always offer a refund or help you transfer to another date.
