RAVE & RELEASE - Somatic Bodywork & Ecstatic Dance

Just come and move your body, it’s as simple as that! If you like Rave/Club/Electronic or emotive music then this is right up your street.

The health benefits of dancing to music and attending this class:

Rave & Release lifts your mood and regulates your nervous system bringing you into the present moment. Helps connect your mind to your breath and your body whilst getting healthy physical exercise. Gives you time to be yourself, move tensions or emotions out of your system and de-stress.

There will be the option of joining in with connected breathwork for those that feel it is right for them.

It is utilmately a self-led class where you decide how much or little you wish to do. There is time for stretching and small meditations along with potential releases of strong emotions that you may be holding on to.
