As part of the annual Rathdrum Days celebration, Rathdrum Parks & Recreation is hosting the ultimate showdown of speed and cuteness: the Doggie Dash!
Whether you have a speedy dachshund or a pint-sized pup ready to strut their stuff, this is the event you don’t want to miss. Plus, costumes are highly encouraged, with awards going to the Best Dressed Dog in each division!

Date: July 18th, 2026
Check-In: 2:00pm to 2:45pm
Race Time: 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Location: Lakeland High School (Teacher Parking Lot)
Cost: $10.00 per dog
🐕 Eligibility & Divisions
All dogs 16 lbs. or less are eligible to register! We have two fun divisions:
Weiner Dogs (Under 16lbs)
Open Division (Under 16lbs)
