🌿 Nature Crafts - Get your hands on something beautiful. We'll create together using the gifts of the earth, turning the afternoon into something slow, sensory, and soul-filling.
🎶 Sound Healing - Settle into deep restoration as crystal bowls and intentional sound wash over you, guiding your body into a state of profound rest and healing.
🍄🟫 Nourishment
A beautiful, lovingly prepared lunch spread will be available midday to replenish and ground you. Meatless and vegan options will be offered so everyone at the table feels cared for.
