Rasa Rasa er et kollektiv af indonesere bosat rundt omkring i Europa, som deler en passion for at bringe indonesiske smage, kultur og varme til det globale bord. Søndag den 9. november serverer vi en spændende menu med indonesiske og japansk-inspirerede retter.

🌱1000 Days Fund, som bekæmper væksthæmning hos børn som følge af kronisk underernæring, dårlig hygiejne og infektioner.
💧Solar Chapter, som arbejder for at sikre rent drikkevand og styrke lokalsamfund i det østlige Indonesien.

Rasa rasa is a collective of Indonesians living across Europe, that share a passion for bringing Indonesian flavours, culture and warmth to the global table. By sharing dishes inspired by our roots and reimagined with Nordic ingredients we hope to nourish both our guests and those in need, turning dining into an act of compassion. Every plate supports:
🌱 1000 Days Fund – works to combat stunting (growth impairment) in children caused by chronic malnutrition. Every 15 seconds, a child is born in Indonesia at risk of growing up with irreversible effects of poor nutrition, such as a weakened immune system and reduced cognitive development.
💧 Solar Chapter – a nonprofit organization improving living conditions in Nusa Tenggara Timur by providing access to clean drinking water and empowering local communities through sustainable development.
