If you read our January newsletter you know our theme this year is Rasa! Rasa is a Sanskrit word that is meant to describe the “sweetness” or “essence” of what you are.
The Realm is here to remind you that YOU are the very thing you seek. Love. Sweetness. Rasa.
Our goal at The Realm is to guide you inward to connect with this sweet essence that is you; to source from within to fill your cup, to encourage you to use this energy inside of you as a motivating force and to expand it out into the world around you.
So we are offering a very important Inner Engineering group that will go throughout the year!!!!
Together we will read Dr. Nicole Lepera's Book, "How To Be The Love You Seek" and working through her workbook "Exercises for Reflection & Processing the Lessons (Psychology & Awareness).
The cost to participate in this group is a $10 drop-in for non-members per class, and is free for our members. You must purchase your own book & workbook which you can find on Amazon, Thriftbooks, Barnes & Noble, or other book stores!
At the first meeting we will discuss when and how often we would like to meet together as a group, so if you are interested please be there! We hope you join us as we deep dive into BEING THE LOVE Together!
