Rare Disease Day is a global effort that raises awareness for the 300 million people worldwide living with a rare disease, their families, and their caregivers. π©·π©΅πππ¦Everyone is invited to join us at the Word of Life Mural ("Touchdown Jesus") for a blessing led by Fr. Pete McCormick and our annual lighting ceremony. We will join the Global Chain of Lights by illuminating Touchdown Jesus in Rare Disease Day colors to honor those impacted and celebrate the resilience of our community.
Dedicate a Luminary and Request a Grotto Prayer π
As part of the #LightUpForRare movement, students in the Minor in Science and Patient Advocacy will be creating visual displays of support. If you would like a student to dedicate a luminary on your behalf or submit a prayer request to the Grotto via FaithND, please complete this form by February 20: https://bit.ly/4rHOr0T
