This immersive session brings together trailblazing Notre Dame alumnae and respected industry leaders for bold conversations around ambition, career clarity, leadership, and purpose. From navigating post‑grad uncertainty to stepping into rooms you’ve never been invited into before, this experience is designed to expand how you see your future — and what’s possible within it.

Info: Topic: Fast forward ten years. Where could your career really take you? As Notre Dame alumni, many of us graduate with a narrow vision of success, often centered around finance, consulting, or a traditional corporate path. But the reality of business is far bigger, broader, and more dynamic than what we’re typically shown early on. This panel brings together women leaders across industries whose careers reflect what’s possible when you think beyond the expected. Panelists will share how their careers evolved, the unexpected turns that shaped their journeys, and the roles they once didn’t even know existed. This discussion is designed to expand perspective, challenge traditional thinking, and help attendees imagine a future in business that feels aligned, ambitious, and entirely their own.

Info: Topic: This panel is all about honesty, access, and actionable advice—no fluff, no gatekeeping, and no sugarcoating. Navigating your career can feel overwhelming when no one hands you the rulebook, so this conversation tackles the questions people actually want to ask but rarely get straight answers to. Panelists will dive into how to put yourself out there without feeling awkward, where real job opportunities are found (hint: not always online), and how to step confidently into leadership—or your first “big girl” role—when imposter syndrome inevitably shows up.

Info: What is it that you REALLY want to achieve in your career? Is it that big promotion, starting your own venture, or even speaking onstage? Whatever it is, psychology and research have shown that our fears hold us back from achieving our dreams. Dr. Ochoa will walk you through the steps needed to break through. She will help you identify what’s keeping you stuck and what you need to do to remove the blocks and map your career.

This Business of Her panel explores philanthropy as a dynamic, purpose-driven path that blends business strategy, impact, and service. Panelists will discuss how careers in philanthropy are built, how business skills translate into meaningful social impact, and why giving back shouldn’t wait until “after success.” This conversation challenges the idea that ambition and purpose are mutually exclusive—showing attendees that you can build wealth, lead boldly, and create lasting impact.
