2 hours of restorative yoga to deliciously unwind the tension in the physical body and mind. Korinne will guide you through a Restorative yoga practice using the elements (Air, Fire, Water & Earth). As you yield into each pose Lhysa will lovingly work Reiki on your energy fields and chakras to improve energy and life force flow through the entire body. Walk out feeling relaxed, clear and light!
