The Sun is our inspiration for the retreat. The Sun is healing, purifying, strengthening, revitalizing, and renewing. The Sun holds deep power in spiritual practices connecting us to our healing ability and inner wisdom. This retreat has been intentionally created to help you recharge and realign with the healing energy of the sun, so you can enter the holiday season with clarity, balance, and renewed light within.

The event will be led by Sallie Rivers, ERYT 500, founder of Rivers Wellness & Yoga. With nearly a decade of experience, Sallie has dedicated her practice to teaching and training others in the healing benefits of yoga. She is based in Brandon, FL.
ACCOMODATIONS:
*** Optional Overnight Stays: Extend your relaxation by staying overnight at the beach club. You can arrive a day early with a partner and enjoy a quiet evening the night before the retreat begins or choose to stay the night after the retreat and start your next day with a walk on the private beach. For the ultimate getaway, consider staying both the night before and after the retreat for a complete rejuvenation experience.
