Tap into breathwork, body movement, and energy work designed to elevate your spirit. So get in that mirror and get to work! It's a portal. And at any given time of the night we might bust into a quick guided meditation, other nights a slow groove session, or even a soulful stretch infused with joy and pleasure and a good sway of the hips—you’ll never know what to expect, but just know it’s gonna hit right. In other words, we talk good shit, do a few body rolls (to Knockn' the Boots ny H-Town and we call it The Greenhouse Slide), and then Push It like Salt n Pepper!
