Info: During this part of the orientation, participants will complete essential paperwork, including liability waivers, insurance forms, emergency contact information, and availability forms. This ensures all necessary documentation is on file before beginning volunteer activities.

Tour of Facility/Meet the Horses and the Chickens

Horsemanship/Stall Maitenance
Info: Volunteers will gain hands-on experience in safely haltering and leading a horse, as well as learning the proper techniques for mucking a stall. These skills are essential for working around horses and maintaining their living spaces.

Mini Volunteer Project
Info: Volunteers will come together to collaborate on a ranch project focused on cleaning and organizing the grounds. This effort will help maintain the ranch as a welcoming and functional space for its equine therapy programs and community events.
