Each tour features a curated selection of homes including active listings, coming soon properties and pre-market opportunities, giving attending agents an early look at homes before they officially hit the market.

Agents may submit active, coming soon, or pre-market homes for consideration on an upcoming Ranch Living Home Tour. Space is limited and homes are selected for tour.

How the Tour Works

• Tour is held the 4th Wednesday of every month
• Features up to 7 homes
• Homes must be located in McCormick Ranch
• Eligible property types include single-family homes, townhomes, and patio homes
• Attending agents may share coming soon homes and buyer needs

If Your Home is Selected

• Listing agent must meet at Luci's 8:45 am
• Listing agent or team members must attend the tour and visit the other homes.
• The Best Home on tour will be announced at the last home on tour. Sign rider provided
• Agent Feedback provided for each home
• Last-minute cancellations will make the home ineligible for tour consideration for 3 months.
• Two last-minute cancellations or no-shows from an agent may result in temporary ineligibility for submitting homes to the tour.
