We should be able to do 9 raku firings with 6 normal sized pieces in each. I will start the first one by 10 am.
Workshops will be limited to 10 participants at $75 each.
Bring your creativity and up to 5 normal sized ceramic bisqueware pieces. I will be firing the raku kiln to cone 06. Most any clay would be suitable. However, stoneware bisque with grog survives best. If you are a participant but do not have your own pottery, you will be able to choose one pot from my pottery.
This is an outdoor event. Please dress for the weather. Refrain from wearing meltable fabrics such as polyester if you are a participant.
Parking is available on NE Despain Ave. and NE 1st St. My driveway is difficult to turn around in and on the east side of the intersection along the river. Google maps will take you to the wrong driveway.
Payment may be made in cash upon arrival, or you may PM me your email address and I will send an invoice from PayPal.
