Join us for a hands-on summer experience where charcuterie meets artistry.
In this guided class, you’ll create your own edible charcuterie bouquet—a beautifully arranged selection of cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, and seasonal garnishes, all styled in a custom-engraved Cerebella Winery mason jar to take home.
We’ll guide you through:
• Crafting salami roses
• Building balanced flavor combinations
• Creating structure and height for a bouquet-style design
• Styling techniques to elevate your presentation
Each guest will enjoy a glass of wine, thoughtfully paired to complement the ingredients you’re working with.
