🌈 Rainbow Wings Ages 18-24 LGBTQ+ 🌈At Den22, we know how powerful it is to have a place where you can slow down, breathe, and feel supported—especially during seasons of stress, transition, and uncertainty. Rainbow Wings is a mental-health–focused support group for young adults ages 18–24, centered on connection, coping, and personal growth.
This group offers a calm, welcoming space to talk about life’s challenges, process emotions, and learn healthy ways to care for your mental and emotional well-being. Together, participants share experiences, build resilience, and explore practical tools for navigating everyday pressures—without judgment and without pressure.
