Attendees assume all risks associated with attendance and participation. By attending, you voluntarily waive any and all liability and agree to hold Cecil Pride and its affiliates harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

2. Photo and Video Release

By attending a Cecil Pride event, you acknowledge and consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in any photographs, video recordings, or promotional materials captured during the event. These materials may be used by Cecil Pride for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in print, on social media, and online. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform an event organizer upon arrival.
