Patricia will provide a concise introduction to the 7 Chakras, which are the
subtle energy centers that influence the vitality of Your entire Being,
connecting body, mind, and spirit for self-healing.
Following this, you will engage in creating a simple Chakra Color drip
painting to gain insight into Your personal energy centers and receive an
intuitive reading. No prior art experience is necessary, and the process only
takes 5 minutes.
Ocean will accompany us with the soothing meditative sounds of Tibetan
Singing Bowls during the painting session, and afterwards, she will place
the bowls on your chakra centers for a healing vibrational experience.
Additionally, there will be a Copper Pyramid available for You to sit in to
quiet and calm the mind. Enhancing energy flow while cleansing and
protecting Your whole Being, leading You toward a more balanced
harmonious state. Ocean will elaborate on how these instruments facilitate
healing.
