Raider Run Club Summer Training Camp

Summer training for kids who are interested in improving their running, speed and agility, fitness, and cross country preparation. Grades 9-12 all accepted.

Our summer training is an intensive and thoughful program which puts the athletes long term development first. The program is scheduled from June 1st-August 8th. Monday-Thursday from 5:45-7:45 PM, Friday at 7:00 -9:00 AM at the Tropical Park Hill. Saturday morning long runs from 7:00-9:00 AM at different locations such as Pinecrest Gardens, Coco Plum Circle, Kennedy Park or the Key Biscayne Bridge.

Athletes who are out of town for portions of the summer will receive individualized training plans weekly from Coach Suarez via email or text by signing up for our half priced ticket option.

The program is led by experienced coaches Coach Suarez and Coach Chris. The camp offers the highest level of training aimed at ensuring your childs succesful preparation for the fall cross country season.

The registration is a flat fee of $400 no matter if you attend one or all practices. They are all made available to you. 10 week long program averages to $40 a week, $6.60 per practice. Great deal which can't be beat.

Children who sign up will receive a T-Shirt.

In the case of inclement weather, Coach Suarez will communicate in advance with parents and athletes about any delays or cancellations via email or whatsapp.
