HIIT & RUN Workout @ The Underline powered by Baptist Health South Florida
A free, high intensity community fitness class led by a curated instructor trifecta.
🌿 What to expect:
Your Instructors: @manofallbyrds, @molo33 and @decueking !
FREE 60-minute fitness session combining:
• 30 minutes of HIIT training to build strength and endurance led by Instructor Decue.
• 30-minute group run along The Underline to work on pace, stamina, and consistency led by Instructor Mo.
Class will be held the 1st and 3rd Sunday, with exception of July which will be the 2nd and 4th Sunday. This class is designed to help you push your limits, improve running performance, and connect with an accountability-driven community that keeps you moving forward.
🌿 What to bring:
- Comfortable shoes
- Refillable water bottle
- Sweat towel
- Positive energy
🕒 Cadence & Time: — Twice a month on Sundays from 7AM– 8AM. Exception for July, which will be 2nd and 4th Sunday.

🚆 Transportation: We encourage biking, walking, or taking Metrorail/bus. Exit at Brickell Metrorail Station— The Urban Gym is right below!
🚗 Parking: Paid parking is available at the Brickell City Centre Garage or via PayByPhone using metered spaces on SW 1st Avenue and surrounding streets.
🌧 Weather: This event is outdoors. In case of severe weather, check your email for updates. If there’s a 50% or greater chance of rain, we’ll postpone the event 2 hours beforehand. Thunder or lightning will result in immediate cancellation.
