Join Jnanaruchi and the rest of the team for a six-week course on Buddhism and meditation, starting on Saturday, April 26th, 10:00am-12:30pm at the Nottingham Buddhist Centre. The course will include team-teaching, small-group discussion, meditation, and practical exercises to help face the challenges of our times and unlock joy and meaning in the process. The course will conclude with a day retreat on Saturday, June 14th.
