RADICAL ALIVENESS SOMATIC PROCESS GROUP

Radical Aliveness is a somatic approach honoring mind, body and spirit. It supports the process of self discovery and healing on the personal, interpersonal and systemic levels. It's a laboratory for all of-your feelings, perspectives, your wisdom, triumphs and challenges, your love, loss and longings.

There will be some teaching, exercises, group process and integration. And will learn so much about who you are and how to navigate life differently. From a more empowered place.
