Join us for Radiant Rest, a heart-centered winter wellness retreat created to bring warmth, connection, and deep restoration to the colder season. Together, we’ll slow down, nourish our bodies and minds, and support a cause that brings hope to local children in need.

Your day of wellness will include gentle yoga, the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra with sound bath, community acupuncture, a tea-making workshop, and a guided sharing circle. Enjoy nourishing seasonal fare, cozy community time, and a beautiful raffle featuring gifts from local businesses.

All proceeds support A Child’s Light, providing expedited mental health services for children ages 2–18 who have experienced severe trauma. By caring for yourself, you help bring light, safety, and healing to our community’s youngest hearts.
