✨ Radiant Love-February Sound Bath ✨
I am so excited to invite you to my Radiant Love Sound Bath: Cultivating Self-Love and Inner Empowerment in February 🫶🏼
This session will guide you on a journey to embrace your worth, release self-judgment, and reconnect with the infinite love that resides within you. Together, we will nurture our hearts and step into our full power, allowing the healing vibrations of sound to unlock new levels of self-love and inner peace.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound Healing uses therapeutic frequencies from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks to bring balance and healing to your body, mind, and spirit. During the session, the vibrations help clear energetic blockages, promote relaxation, release emotional tension, and bring a deep sense of peace. It’s a powerful way to reset your energy and promote overall well-being.
What to Expect:
You’ll be invited to lie comfortably on a mat with a provided blanket, pillow, and eye mask. After a grounding meditation to center our energy, I’ll use a variety of instruments to create healing sounds and vibrations. These sounds will guide you into a meditative state, encouraging emotional release, deep relaxation, and the nurturing of self-love.

🕖 Time: Begins promptly at 7:00 PM (please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled)
📍 Location: Great Totham Village Hall
💸 Cost: £20 per person
What’s Provided:
I’ll provide mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks, and a bottle of water to ensure your comfort.
What to Bring:
Just wear comfortable clothing and bring an open heart and mind, ready to receive the healing energy.

Cancellation Policy:
If you're unable to attend, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance so that your space can be offered to someone else.
