Rachael Anson's Dance Lab - STEP CLASS!

GET ready to dive into a world of infectious energy and good vibes at our exclusive Dance Lab. This session is presented to you by Rachael Anson, our very own vibe maker and choreographer; Sheekz who will be bringing all the energy in our step dance class!

This limited-spot event offers a unique opportunity to learn from these talented dance instructors in a fun and supportive community setting.

THIS will be an energetic, vibrant step dance class, including your very own steps. The class will begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body, following a range of moves step dance styles.

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, this Dance Lab is all about unleashing your inner dancer, exploring fresh moves and feeling the rhythm in a positive and inclusive space.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW!

1. NEAREST station is Selhurst.
2. PARKING is free and available onsite. Please be prepared to share your car registration on arrival.
3. PLEASE bring a bottle of water and be prepared to sweat!
4. PLEASE arrive 10 minutes before the class starts in order to register and settle in.
5. PLEASE come in comfortable clothing with appropriate footwear.
6. THERE will be a 10-15 minute warm before the class starts. ALL participants must take part in the warm up in order to continue the class for health and safety reasons.
7. THE class will be filmed and photographed by our visual team.
8. AGE – 18 and over!
