Course detailsThis is an introductory workshop based on some of the artist’s personal approaches to creating mixed media works. You will explore ideas related to the design and the creation of Momigami textile papers, combine paper with cloth and look at different ways of texturing surfaces. A focus will be placed on hand stitching as an extension of mark-making and various means of layering and mixing materials. You will have created a small sample piece at the end of the session.
