Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in Question. Persuade. Refer. (QPR) learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade and refer someone to help.

During the course, you will:

• L earn how to questions, persuade, and refer someone who may be suicidal.
• L earn the common warning signs of suicidal behavior.
• Learn the warning signs of suicide.
• L earn how to offer hope to someone that is suicidal.
• L earn how to get help for someone in crisis and safe a life.

Participants earn a one-year certification upon completion.
