Queer Women Initiative - Wellness Wednesday & Pau Hana

Join the Queer Wellness Initiative (QWI) for an afternoon of movement, community, and fresh air at the Kaimana Beach Hotel. We’re taking over the second-floor Lānai for a high-energy session designed to get you moving before we wind down together at sunset.

Our Wellness Wednesday session features a dynamic blend of Yoga, Bosu Ball work, and a full-body weight workout. Whether you’re looking to find your balance or build some heat, this class is built for all levels.

Once the hard work is done, stay for the Pau Hana. Our no-host bar opens right after class, giving us an hour to relax, talk story, and enjoy the ocean views.

Parking: Valet parking available at $10 Flat Rate or Street Parking
