Join us for free self-defense classes taught by self-defense teacher and expert Diana Nicols. This is a two-class series but you are not required to come to both. The classes are hosted by OPA and will be held in the U.U Society of Oneonta on February 15 & 22 from 5-7pm. We will learn techniques such as elbow strikes, straight kicks, strangulation escape, defense against weapons and restraints, block/strike combos avoiding unwanted contact, and more!
Please wear comfortable clothing.
