About this Event
Join Coach Lu and your Queer MMA friends at Black Widow MMA for low-cost and free MMA training for the LGBTQ+ community. All are welcome and no experience is necessary! Mat fee is $15, but if cost is a barrier, email [email protected] for info about scholarships. Buy your class pass here after registering

Aug 9 - NO CLASS
Aug 16 - Striking: Kickboxing Combos
Aug 23 - Grappling: Subs in Mount *NO GI*
Aug 30 - FREE CLASS: Body Grabs
Please register for each event you want to attend individually - Sorry I couldn't figure out a way to pick multiple dates at once
Queer MMA is intended for ages 16+, but younger teens are welcome to participate with an adult who brings them.

Mobility Warm Up
Info: Prepare your body for training

Technique Training
Info: Learn and practice skills

Open Mat
Info: Open practice time to continue practice, review old techniques, or catch some live rounds (MOUTH GUARD REQUIRED). Pad work allowed -- please check in with Lu before borrowing equipment.

Clean Up
Info: Pitch in to clean mats so they're ready for next class
