Queer Lit Book Club: September 1

Next month we’ll be meeting on September 1st from 7-8 pm at Old North Bar to discuss Sunburn by Chloe Michelle Howarth. Growing up in small-town 1990s Ireland, Lucy is torn between her community’s expectations and the radiance of her beloved Susannah. This tender lesbian coming-of age-novel brings the raw angst of closeted love to life in striking color.
