Calling all freaks! Do you love to read disgusting, spine-tingling horror novels whose plots you can’t describe in polite company? Join Bond House Books on the Third Wednesday of every month for thoughtful book discussions in horror-loving community.
Next month we’ll be meeting to discuss Our Sister's Keeper by Jasmine Holmes. In this stunning cross between historical fiction and Sothern Gothic speculative horror, a young couple moves to an all-Black town in 1915 Mississippi... but they'll soon find out what it takes to keep this idyllic community intact. For fans of Ira Levine's Stepford Wives and Octavia Bulter's Kindred, historian Holmes' debut novel comes with a twist ending you'll just HAVE to talk about.
