Queer Joy Women's Circle
About this Event
Limited to 30 women.
A safe space for queer women to reconnect to their joy & aliveness.
Together, we'll move through guided somatic practices to release stress, soften out of survival mode and help your body feel more grounded, open, and alive.
You'll then be immersed in a deeply restorative sound journey designed to ground your
nervous system and open your heart. We'll close with optional cold plunge, sauna,
connection, snacks, and community time.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling lighter, softer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself and the women around you.
