Each of the LOVE IQ LABS wil be based on the 4 Emotional Intelligence/EQ Pillars:

1. Self-Awareness
2. Self-Management
3. Social Awareness
4. Relationship Management

These EQ pillars are used for organizing the lessons you'll learn and practice in the LABS ...and the LABS' lessons are based in psychology, relational intellience, attachment science, relationship science, and neurocience. Each of the LABS can stand on it's own BUT it also builds on the other LABS we offer! The more LABS you take, the more EQ skills you'll have for every area of your life!

LOVE IQ LABS* Philosophy: Good, healthy communication strategies are "just" skills we can learn! Practicing the healthy skills in a safe, low/no risk environment is the PERFECT way to really learn the new skills at a deeper level. Then, when we need to use the skills, we can access them more readily and comfortably. The more we practice, the more effortless the healthy communication skills become thereby integrating them into our lives. This creates happier and more fulfilling relationships in all areas of our lives!
