Event 1 Pressing
Beginners – DB Press for Reps, 20kg or 28kg. 1 rep on heavier beats any on lighter. 60 second time limit.
Amateurs- DB Press for Reps, 28kg or 35kg. 1 rep on heavier beats any on lighter. 60 second time limit.
Pros- 8 item Overhead Medley. Press in any order.
60kg Log, 75kg axle, 80kg Yoke, 50 Stone, 40 Monster Dumbbell, 42kg Circus DB, 55kg block, 60kg keg – 90 second time limit.

Event 2 – Deadlift for Reps. Deadlift Bar. 60 second time limit.
Beginners- 100kg
Amateurs- 140kg
Pros – 160kg or 200kg
1 rep with 200 beats any with 160kg. Suits allowed for Pros only

.Event 3Throwing Bags over 3.8m
Beginners – 5/6/7/8
Amateurs – 6/7/8/9
Pros – Max Weight starting at 10kg. Last woman standing.

Event 4 – Max Distance Farmers in 60 seconds. Drop and turn every 10m
Beginners- 60kg per hand.
Amateurs 75kg per Hand
Pro 95kg per Hand.

Event 5 Sandbag Loading
Beginners- 60kg for reps over 44".
Amateurs - 70kg for reps over 44"
Pros - Sandbag Load Medley over 44" 70/85/100/110
