Welcome to the Winter Kaos Strongest Masters!!After the success and impressive performances of the over 60s class in our last masters, we will be including the over 60s class in all Masters comps going forward!
PLEASE NOTE unless three or more sign up in the O60s it will merge with the O50s (and do the 50s weights) and there will be an award for the highest placed O60s Masters.
MUST BE OVER40 YEARS OLD FOR ANY MASTERS CLASS.
Age on day of competition.

Beginners
Over 40
Over 50
over 60
All athletes to receive competition, t-shirt certificate and medal
Podiums receive trophies and prizes.

Events one
15" wheels axle deadlift.
As many reps as possible in 60 seconds.
Weights to be selected during registration on the day.
Any reps at a higher weight beat any reps at a lower weight.
No suits allowed in beginner classes
Women Beginners 95 or 115 or 145
All other women classes 115 or 145 or 175
Men Beginners 145 or 175 or 215
All of the men's classes 175 or 215 or 255

Pressing
As many reps as possible in 60 seconds.
Weights to be selected during registration on the day.
Any reps at a higher weight beat any reps at a lower weight. Reps to be completed from the chest.
Women's beginners
21 kilo Thomas inch Dumbbell or 32 kilo block press
All other women's classes
32 kilo or 37 kilo Block Press
Men's beginners
Men 42 or 52 kilo block press
All other men's classes
52 or 72 block press
Thomas inch Dumbell Carry Medley.
Athletes to carry using one hand each Dumbell down the 10m in order lightest to heaviest. 60 seconds to complete. May switch hands but only one hand on Dumbell at any time while carried.
Women all classes 21,28,35,42,48
Men all 35, 42, 48, 54, 71.
Carry medley
Each item to be carried down a 10m course no load.

Sandbag to shoulder
All Bags to be lifted to the shoulder in order. Must be balanced in control on the shoulder with the opposing hand removed for a good rep. Only one rep on each bag needs completing.
