Welcome to our Annual Christmas Kaos Team Comp!
December 14th 2025!
Two classes.
Level 1 Amateurs and Level 2 Pro
Pick the one to suit your teams abilities!
Pros (people who have competed in any international or placed well at a National Comp) will not be eligible for Level 1 Category
Teams must be mixed, one woman and one man from any weight category.
There will be an extra award for the highest placed Masters Team (both must be over 40) and highest places Junior Team (both must be under 24)

Event 1
Tandem Max Deadlift
Teams will compete in a Traditional Max Deadlift Event with three set attempts. Both athletes deadlifting on one barbell at the same time.
Level 2/Amateur Straps allowed no Suits
No minimum opener
Level 1/Pro Straps allowed and suits allowed
No Minimum opener
Event 2
Log/axle Press
Combined Reps but weapon of choice.
Each team member must choose which athlete does the log or the axle (cannot be the same) and must declare before the start of the competition.
Max Reps in 60 seconds and the final score will be combined total of reps.
Level 2 womens 45kg Mens 80kg
Level 1 women's 65kg Mens 120kg
Event 3
Farmers tag team
Each Athlete must carry their Farmers 10m and back 10m before physically tagging their Team Mate for them to set off and repeat same course.
Athletes can decide who goes first.
Level 2 Womens 65kg Mens 100kg
Level 1 Women's 80kg Mens 130kg
Event 4
Tag Team Carry and Load
6 Sandbags in total. 3 sandbags each athlete.
Sandbags must be loaded in weight order but teams can choose which athlete goes first. Athletes must carry and load each bag before running back to tag their partner who can then set off carry and load their bag.
