AI Without the Mystery: How It Works, and What You Can Do With It Today

A plain-English workshop for people who use computers but have not yet got under the bonnet of AI.

We start with what a model actually is, including how local models run on your own machine and why that matters for privacy and control.

Then we look at some tools that go beyond chat which can take a task and work through it.

We finish with a live demo, turning a short description into a working web app. No coding required. You leave knowing what to trust, what to check, and what to try next.
