Get reset for a new quarter with our Quarterly Reset series!In this Quarterly Rest, take a mindful pause and reconnect with nature through the art of journaling. In this peaceful program you’ll craft your own nature journal, then head outdoors for guided prompts that inspire observation, reflection, and creativity. Whether you sketch, write, or simply sit in stillness, this experience is all about slowing down, tuning in, and resetting with the rhythms of the natural world.
As part of the experience, we’ll also take time to identify plants and animals around us to contribute to the City Nature Challenge, a global citizen science project happening that weekend.
