Join us for an afternoon of Italian comfort and craft as we roll, fill, and shape beautiful handmade ravioli from scratch. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create tender sheets of fresh pasta, prepare a flavorful spinach & ricotta filling, and seal your ravioli with care and precision — the traditional way.We’ll kick things off with an extra virgin olive oil tasting with delicious and curated imported Italian bites, followed by mixing, rolling, filling, and shaping fresh ravioli from scratch under expert guidance.
Everyone goes home with their freshly-made pasta and recipe card, along with a sauce starter with recipe to complete the meal at home.
