Join us for the Diabetes Education Support Group on Monday, April 21, from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Education Room at Grundy County Memorial Hospital. This group is for individuals managing diabetes, caring for someone with diabetes, or who have completed the Diabetes Prevention Program.Our Dietitians will lead a session focused on stress management, highlighting strategies to reduce diabetes-related stress and improve overall health. A light snack will be provided, and at the end of the session, the group will choose the topic for the next meeting.

*Please park on the west side of the hospital and use Entrance 3 (Emergency Department).
