For the first time in Bowral, Breathwork & Somatics Facilitator, Reiki Master, and Pranic Healer Lucy O’Donnell, will host two powerful, immersive breathwork sessions.
Each session is a complete journey on its own.
However, those who attend both will experience an even deeper unfolding — a two-part progression into the self.

Through guided meditation and deep breath, you will access expanded states of awareness, release stress, unlock insights and meet the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen. The class will guide you on a journey into your subconscious. Starting with grounding practices, you’ll move into guided meditation and breathwork, and finish with group integration to consolidate insights and shifts. Using quantum principles, this session supports profound emotional release, heightened vitality, and a deeper connection to yourself.
About your facilitator:
Lucy O’Donnell is an international facilitator and practitioner specialising in Breathwork, Somatics, Reiki, and Pranic Healing. Her work integrates movement, breath, and energy to help people release stored emotion and tension held in the body, opening pathways for deeper awareness and transformation.

Originally from Australia, Lucy has facilitated events, workshops and retreats across the world — from Selina Serenity in Thailand to Udara in Bali, Peru to Mexico. She collaborates with retreats, wellness venues, and private groups, offering both immersive group journeys and 1:1 sessions tailored to the individual.

Each experience is designed to reconnect participants with their bodies, emotions, and energy — inviting real, embodied change that moves far beyond the surface.

On the day of the event:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in without disrupting others.

• Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and a journal
• Avoid food or caffeinated beverages for at least 2 hours prior
• Note that the flooring at the session venue, The Whiteley College & Angus & Lucinda's Académie de Danse, is Tarkett flooring, and you are required to wear socks or be barefoot.

Contraindications and Warnings

Breathwork can involve intense physical and emotional release and may not be suitable for everyone. It is not advised for individuals with cardiovascular issues, such as angina, a previous heart attack, or stroke, high blood pressure, pregnancy, epilepsy, severe respiratory conditions including asthma, prior diagnoses of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years, glaucoma, a diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen, detached retina or recent surgery, uncontrolled thyroid conditions or diabetes, or any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that may impair your ability to participate safely.
