Carer Support Group (Bowral)

Wellways Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to take a break from your caring role and a participate in a valuable experience in our In-Person Peer Support group.

Our In-Person Peer Support program is delivered over 8 sessions and is designed as an opportunity for you to make new connections with other carers in your local area and learn something new. Topics and activities will be chosen by you and the other carers in your group, including yoga, sound meditation, artistic workshops, and exercise, and presentations from guest speakers, including Advocacy Programs, My Aged Care and Service NSW.

Sessions will be held fortnightly at 10:30am - 12:30pm on Fridays starting from 28th November, 2025. Carers are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most out of the experience.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
