.This will be a foundational, 1 hour yoga flow, led by Kristin Burnett . This class will be held at room temperature and is appropriate for all levels. Class is donation based, funds raised will be used to expand programing at the center.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Arrive 15 minutes early, so you can settle comforably and safely into the space. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that you feel good moving in. This class is geared towards adults, please reach out if you'd like to bring a minor child with you.

Kristin is a board member at Fab and a yoga teacher over at Bloom Yoga Collective in Sarastoa, where she took her 200hr YTT. She loves being able to bring accesible yoga to all bodies, while empowering every student to practice safely at the pace and rythym that feels right in their body.
