The QMNTY 5K Safe Race isnāt just a 5K ā itās a community-powered celebration of showing up for one another. Every step helps create a region where TLGBQ youth, young adults and community have access to affirming shelter, real resources, and the kind of community connection that makes all of us stronger.
šļø About the Route
Weāll be moving along the beautiful Three Rivers Heritage Trail, starting and finishing at Millvale Riverfront Park. Itās an easy, scenic outāandāback course with a turnaround near Heinz Street ā perfect for seasoned runners, casual walkers, stroller pushers, and anyone who just wants to be part of the joy.
