Lifted Yoga & Sound

Lifted Yoga & Sound is exactly what it sounds like.. mindful movement and sound bathing in an uplifting atmosphere!

Our first session was a hit, so we're rolling up another session for you all but make sure to grab your tickets before they go like a puff of smoke!

Doors open at 10am for you to grab your seating space (bring your own yoga mat if possible)

Special hand picked snacks and beverages provided from the lovely host of the event so you can unwind before the session starts

Option for quick tarot reading from yours truly

Session starts at 11am with breathwork and short floor based yoga to stretch and soften

Sound bathing will last about 30-40 minutes after
