Discover over 250 years of Singapore’s food and beverage heritage and the generations of craftsmanship, ingenuity, and tradition behind the flavours we know and love today.

Led by a guide, this immersive experience takes you beyond the exhibits to uncover the stories and skills behind some of our most familiar flavours. Explore interactive displays and hands-on experiences as you journey through the artistry of wok mastery, hand-pulled noodles, sugar sculpting, flavour pairing, and Singapore's beloved Nanyang kopi culture.

Along the way, discover the knowledge, techniques, and traditions passed down through generations—and what it truly takes to become a 食神 (Culinary Master).
