Are you feeling the shift in energy since the Chinese new year? Can you hear the Wood snake asking you to surrender?This is a year to recharge and transform, to become more deeply connected to our intuition, shedding the old ways of looking to external authority for answers or approval.
As we change our inner worlds, we can create a life aligned with our true selves and find harmony on our path.
We can create deep and lasting change through QiGong exercises.
This series will be custom created to support the elementals of the Year of the Yin Wood Snake. Nourishing yin exercises to rebuild depleted states, deepening connection to our gut, consolidating the root to be able to strengthen your relationship to your essence, as well as open higher energy centres to strengthen your relationship with your spirit, and divine guidance.
This series will be running Tuesdays and Thursdays starting April 8-May 8th at Soma Sound and Events.
