Join us for a restorative Qigong class designed to release tension, calm the mind, and bring balance to your day. Using gentle, flowing movements and mindful breathing techniques, this 45-minute session will guide you through practices that alleviate stress, enhance resilience, and bring a sense of grounded calm. Whether you're dealing with daily pressures or just need time to unwind, this class will equip you with tools you can use anytime to keep stress in check.
Qigong expert, Kate Patterson, will be leading classes every second Sunday of the month, following a theme that is seasonally aligned with the Chinese Five Element Theory.
Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines gentle movements, breath control, and meditation to cultivate and balance Qi. Qi is the vital life force or energy that flows through the body, essential for maintaining physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
Suitable for all levels of experience, beginners and experts alike. Wear comfortable clothing you can move around in. No equipment necessary.
